I started cooking Paella with my mentors as a child, and I mastered the recipes with experience over the years.

When I moved to the US (15 years ago), I realized the lack of traditional Spanish food.

With Saffron Paella World, I want to share my love of good Spanish food with the community.

Our Paella is Gluten-free, all fresh produce with a base of “Bomba rice “ from Spain and Saffron (star of the dish) imported from Spain.

We offer Different types of Paella: Vegeterian, Meat, Seafood, Black Paella(Squid ink), you can also build your own paella style.

Delivery any day of the week, depending on availability, minimum 8 people ($25/person) with 48 hours advance notice. We will deliver it in a Paella Pan with a refundable deposit that will be returned when we get Paella pan back.
