4worldlovers: Delta Sailing School is an American Sailing Association (ASA) accredited sailing school in the beautiful California Delta just an hour south of Sacramento and an hour east of Marin.

We offer classes and club membership in the beautiful, laid-back, natural environment of the spectacular California Delta. With over 1,000 miles of waterway, we have lots of space for sailing and enjoying this peaceful gem that not too many people have discovered yet.

The warm climate, steady winds up from the SF Bay, and incredible scenery and wildlife make the Delta an excellent place to sail!

We offer a wide variety of sailing classes, from basic sailing taught aboard our 22-foot sailboats, to advanced ocean cruising skills aboard our larger boats, for brand new sailors and for those experienced sailors who want to accelerate their knowledge and ability! Our beginning classes are taught in the Delta and our advanced classes are taught in the SF Bay and on the Pacific Ocean. All of our instructors are US Coast Guard Licensed Captains and ASA Certified Instructors who LOVE to teach sailing!
