The Zoo will close early on Friday, July 28, at 3pm in preparation for Brew at the Zoo.

4worldlovers: The OC Zoo is located inside beautiful Irvine Regional Park in the city of Orange. The Zoo is nestled among the majestic 477 acre wilderness park.

The Zoo's focus is on animals and plants native to the southwestern United States. Many of our animals are injured, orphaned, confiscated, or not releasable into the wild. Animals on exhibit include black bear, mountain lion, bald eagle, kit fox, ocelot, beaver, great horned owl, porcupine, coyote, turkey vulture and more. The zoo also features a barnyard with domestic goats and sheep.

OC Zoo - Admission Fee: $2 per person ages 3 years and over; Ages 2 years and under are free

Entry Fee for Irvine Regional Park: $3 per vehicle weekdays and $5 per vehicle weekends (Major Holidays: $7 to $10 per entry as posted)

The Reptile Zoo provides the community with a unique educational entertainment facility which houses over 100 exotic species of reptiles, amphibians, and arachnids from around the world.

During this time we are taking every precaution to keep not only our team, but our animals safe and well cared for. Six months of closure have been difficult financially, but we are looking forward to fulling inviting guests back to enjoy our hands-on and interactive experience as soon as responsible.
