Dear Clients, we continue to be open during the pandemic but due to the closure of several animal hospitals in our area, we've been seeing a tremendous influx of cases coming into our hospital. Unfortunately, this has led to exhaustion in the veterinary community....including our hospital & amongst our staff. To preserve the overall wellness and longevity of our team, we have made the difficult decision that

​we cannot take on any new clients/patients until further notice.

We will update this section of our website when we have the ability to take on new patients. We encourage clients seeking veterinary care to continue to call other animal hospitals in the area to see who can help with their pet needs in the meantime.

We are incredibly sorry for not being able to do more for our community at this difficult time.

​UVC has a 24 hour no show or late cancellation policy. If you have an appointment and fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged the appointment fee and this fee will remain on your account and no further services will be rendered until it is taken care of. If you fail to give us more than 24 hour notice about a cancellation, you're not giving us enough time to try to get another pet in for an appointment and this will also render the appointment fee to your account.

Please be courteous to other clients and other pets in need to cancel in advance and communicate with our hospital when you are unable to make it to your appointment. Multiple no-shows or late cancellations will force us to inactivate your account.
