The call center and appointment reminders are extremely lacking. My appointment was on Friday evening at 8:00pm. I received a call, day-of appointment, reminding of my appointment “tomorrow at 8am with Robert” when my appointment was that evening (“today”) at 8:00pm with Ryan. I have had several other negative experiences with the call center that are making me question whether I should still use Massage Envy going forward. The lack of accurate appointment reminders has cause my husband and I to both miss appointments or be late to them!

My therapists have primarily been late. I keep changing in hopes the next one will be on time. I generally arrive early (am the first in the waiting room) and almost always are the last to be picked up :(
