Two weeks ago I hired Adel Muneer of EMS to rebuild the keyboard of my 12-yr-old Clavinova CVP 407. After a couple of grandchildren, it keys on either side of middle C were clicking and sticking. Adel arrived as scheduled, showed me the problem areas, then recommended a complete keyboard overall, including replacement of all sensors and felt padding. He estimated the total cost and a two week delivery. Precisely two weeks later (today), he returned the keyboard and explained each step of the rebuild process. Yes, the very fair price I paid was equal to his estimate. Prior to getting the keyboard repaired, I very seriously looked for an upright piano to add to my studio. I was convinced the acoustic piano action/touch, and sound, would be far be better than my Clavinova. Fortunately I didn’t move forward prior to Adel reinstalling my keyboard. His work is remarkable.
