4worldlovers: We had new downstairs hardwood flooring installed. The following is our feedback on the performance of PDC personnel in accomplishing the flooring replacement. Our sales representative throughout the project was Lynn Sweigard. Lynn was very professional and knowledgeable. Beyond that, he was helpful beyond sales. He supported the project through completion. Most sales disappear after contract signing. Any issue that came up such as scheduling, Lynn was always present trouble-shooting and considered things from our point-of-view. When Lynn gave his word, he always lived up to it. In over thirty years, we have not experienced a sales rep as professional as Lynn. Our installer was Mark, being blunt, Mark is not an installer. He is an old-style craftsman that demands perfection in his work and anyone that 'touches his floor' or the foundation and materials used in the reconstruction. I noticed that even in the subfloor, Mark used the finest grade material. No cut corners anywhere! His eye in wood placement is more akin to that of an artist. He takes extreme pride in his workmanship and is justified in doing so. Mark was determined to make us happy every step of the way, which he did beyond our expectations. My only complaint is that I've been spending way too much time staring at our beautiful new floors once Mark finished! I came to PDC with the thought to redesign my kitchen more efficient. Anibal Reyes did just that, with cabinets that close softly, rolling drawers for pans and lids, choosing a smaller dishwasher that allowed space for a rolling trash drawer. A lazy susan in the dead space corner. The demo went quickly and efficiently. The choices I made for dishwasher, microwave and faucet were delivered timely and were ready for installation along with the quartz countertop with a side waterfall. I have enjoyed the efficiency and decor of my completed kitchen.

They did amazing work and were a pleasure to work with. They remodeled both of our bathrooms at our business and helped with our commercial kitchen as well. Of all of our subcontractors, they were probably the best that we worked with for our projects. Thanks from all of our customers that are enjoying your work on a daily basis!
