I have had terrible experiences from the moment when you walk in front desk staff are rude and sometimes the price you get quoted online does not match what they are saying in the front desk however, my stay was nothing like that, staff was friendly, recognized that I’m a rewards member and overall the day was nice. It’s clean, it’s a suite which is always a plus, bed was pretty comfortable, had a nice “makeup” washcloth that was a brown color which was nice it wasn’t the standard white that shows all your mascara. I was not recognized as and IHG member or was told where the designated pet area was after we told them we had a pet. I think the pet fee is way too high, and should be a deposit if your pet does not destroy the room.
