Vibrant Minds Charter School is a TK through 6th grade, free, public charter school. The school first opened on Monday, August 17, 2015, as GOALS Academy. While providing a rigorous academic program, there is also a focus on discovering scholars’ interests and talents and transforming them into strengths through a plethora of enrichment activities. In order to provide this personalized mentoring, the school has a commitment to remain small, with an estimated maximum enrollment of 240 scholars in 2023-2024 school year, with a future enrollment of 420-480 scholars with a new campus in Central Anaheim​.


All opportunities are provided completely free of charge. Vibrant Minds Charter School is a sanctioned public school chartered under the authorization of the Anaheim Elementary School District and California Department of Education. It is an independent charter school, which provides the scholars, staff, and parents with the maximum autonomy to co-create a school that matches their hopes, vision, and reality. The past eight years have been phenomenal, with our maximum enrollment of scholars met for the 2022-2023 school year with a waiting list of more than 300 scholars.
